At a distance of 81 Kms from Coimbatore and 84 Kms from Erode, Bannari Mariamman Temple positioned in Bannari (Erode district) is among the most well-known Amman temples in Tamil Nadu.
The temple is positioned in an exquisite location surrounded by engaging valleys. Kundam Pageant celebrated within the Tamil Month of Panguni (March – April) is probably the most well-known annual competition.
There are lots of buses out there from Coimbatore to Bannari (all of the buses from Coimbatore to Mysore go by way of Bannari). Satyamangalam & Chamarajanagar are main junctions to get extra bus connections to Bannari.
