Sakthi is born and brought up in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He did his schooling up to SSLC at Kendriya Vidyalaya and Higher Secondary at Natesan Vidyalaya Mannivakkam. He did his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at SRM Arts and Science College and Master’s Degree in Computer Application at SRM University. Finally he completed his MBA in HR & Marketing at Anna University.
He is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner. He has been taking free training program on Life Skills, Leadership Skills for poor people at Goverment Schools since 2011.
