He did his schooling in Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Musiri and he did his graduation in Seshasayee Institute of Technology, Trichy. He started his acting career in the year 1998, from the movie Kaadhal Mannan. Then he appeared in a various movie in the following years the movies like King, Pavalakkodi, Perazhagan, Sachein, Aaru and more. Then he notably appears in Crazy Mohan dramas and played the lead role in Palaivana Solai (2009) and Onbadhule Guru (2013). Moreover, he also appeared with the G. Karthikeyan in TamizhThirai channel comedy show.
