At a distance of 27 km from Vellore City Railway Station, Amirthi Zoological Park is located below the Javadu hills of Tellai throughout Amirthi River. Established in 1967, the zoo park occupies an space of 25 hectares. It’s named after the Amirthi River which flows subsequent to the park.
