Arav Profile and Career
Arav was born on 31st October 1988 in Nagercoil southern Tamil Nadu. His father was working as a professor at Trichy Government Law College, so their family shifted to Trichy, where Arav continued his studies. He has done his schooling in Trichy at Kamala Niketan Montessori School, then moved to Chennai for his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hindustan University. At the time of his education, he attempted the Civil Service Exams for a job with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles and then with Apollo Tyres.

At the same time, he gets introduced to some of the celebrity photographer V. S. Anandhakrishna through Facebook. V. S. Anandhakrishna is the person who introduced Arav to the world of modeling and they conducted the shoot. The Arav consequently went for more than three hundred TV commercial advertisements and they print ads for brands, with that he established himself in South Indian Modeling industry.
Later, he started his career in movies as background characters in films like O Kadhal Kanmani, which is directed by Mani Ratnam, in that movie he appeared as a colleague of Dulquer Salmaan. He established himself in Pradeep Krishnamoorthy’s psychological thriller, Saithan. In that movie, he gets portrayed with a negative supporting role alongside Vijay Antony. Then Arav appeared in the Tamil television reality show Bigg Boss, from the first day he survived eviction and finished the season as a winner.
