Ansiba Hassan was born on 18 June 1992 in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. She is the eldest of six children born to parents Nissar and Rasiya in Kerela. Her father is a photographer and her mother is a housewife. Ansiba has three younger brothers Ashik, Asib, Afsal and a younger sister Afsana. She completed her schooling at Calicut city. She participated in many cultural events especially dance, drama, and mono acts. She holds a degree in English literature. She began her career in acting and made her debut in 2008 Malayalam film Innathe Chintha Vishayam. Her Tamil debut is Kacheri Arambam, in which she played a supporting role. But her role in all films went largely unnoticed. She came to limelight after she works in the film Malayalam film ‘Drishyam‘. Her performance in the film was received well by the audience. After Drishyam’s success, she started receiving good roles and never looked back.
