Anjana Haridas was born in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Anjana Haridas father name is Mr P.K Haridas Menon who is an Engineer in Dubai and her mother name is Mrs Mathumathy Menon. She did her schooling in Holy Angels Convent, Trivandrum, Kerala and she did her graduation in All Saints College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Anjana Haridas married Priyaraj who is the station head of Club FM radio channel. Then this couple is blessed with a boy baby named Aarush. Moreover, she is equipped with multitalented personality, where are an excellent classical dancer and a singer. Once before he enters into the acting career she worked as a radio jockey as well as a video jockey. Then she showcased her skills and she grabbed the attraction of millions through her style of presentation.

At the time of her schooling, she used to participate in the various competition and she has won the prizes in speech, singing, fancy dress competition and singing Kathakali songs. She started her acting career as an anchor at the time when she is studying Class IX. Anjana Haridas has first appeared as an RJ and in the drama ‘Immini Valya Onnu’ written by Basheer. Then she appeared in a TV serial ‘Sree Parvathiyude Paadam’ and this serial has appeared in Doordarshan and which is her debut telefilm. Then she appeared in popular television serials that include ‘Kathayariyathe’ and ‘Kumkumapoovu‘. Then she appeared in a lead role in a serial  ‘Ival Yamuna’ telecasted in Mazhavil Manorama channel. Later she also appeared as a part of the short film ‘Aa Mazhayathu’ and the film is produced and written by Shyama Sukumaran.
