Kaithi is a Tamil movie written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of Managaram Fame. Jointly Produced by SR Prakashbabu, SR Prabhu, Tirupur Vivek under Dream Warrior Pictures, Kaidhi film stars Karthi, Naren in the lead role. Music Director Sam CS composes the background and songs for the film. Sathyam Sooryan handles the camera and the editing is done by Philomin Raj.
The trailer of Kaithi was released on the occasion of Ayudha Pooja by the movie makers. The video promises a raw action thriller. As per the title Kaithi, actor Karthi is a life-convict who escaped from jail. He has a daughter of 10 years old whether he met his daughter or not is the plot of this movie.
